The Appraisal Process
- Appraisal appointments will take place within three to seven days from original contact unless scheduling conflicts occur. Rush request are available for an additional fee. Appointment will be set for a one hour window for appraisers arrival.
- Inspection of property will take between 30-45 minutes on average.
- Time frame after inspection, you can expect to receive your appraisal by the end of business two days post-inspection, assuming no issues arise.
- Appraisal delivery is digital in PDF, XML, AI Ready or ACI delivery are available.
