Trevor Hammers has been a residential appraiser for the past 18 years. Trevor worked for years with the Adams County Assessor’s office as a Field Appraiser and a Residential, Commercial and Industrial Land Appraiser. In addition to his certified appraisal license, Trevor is also a licensed Real Estate Agent with Your Castle Real Estate on the Impact Team which has provided Trevor with even more real estate experience from the transaction standpoint. Trevor has years of experience in real estate investment with rental properties and fix-and-flipping as well.
Trevor joined the Skyline Appraisal team in 2011 providing coverage in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, Broomfield and Jefferson counties. In the summer of 2015, Trevor become a supervisory appraiser. Training new appraisers has been a challenging and rewarding experience. Trevor brings an expansive understanding of the Colorado market from a sales and evaluation of property.
