Hi, I’m Julie. I’m a fourth generation Colorado native and Certified Residential Appraiser. I’ve been in the appraisal industry since 2017 and have loved every minute of it. My passion for learning knows no bounds–I will research any topic until I know it inside and out.
I’m also dog obsessed. In my spare time, you can usually find me hiking with my husband and our two dogs (Yukon and Humphrey). When I’m not doing that, you can probably find me enjoying an extra dirty martini or two.
